Entrants must provide a valid e-mail
address. Entries will be declared made by
the authorized account holder
of the e-mail address submitted at the time
of entry. "Authorized account holder" is
defined as the natural person
who is assigned to the e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, on-line service
provider, or other
organization (e.g. business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted e-mail
address. Proof of being the authorized
account holder may be required.
ELIGIBILITY. You
must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at
the time of entry. Those residing in states
and/or
countries in which sweepstakes are unlawful are
not eligible. Employees of BAFF/WHTV1, LLC
and members
of their immediate families (spouses, parents,
children, and siblings and their spouses) and/or
those living in the
same household of the above are not eligible.
ONE ENTRY PER WEEK.
You may enter the contest a maximum of once per
calendar week. WHTV calendar
week begins at midnight and concludes at
midnight in 7 days, Eastern Time. Excess entries
will be voided prior to
random selection of the contest winner.
Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of
equal or greater value if advertised prize or
any portion thereof is
unavailable. All taxes (federal, state or local
if any) associated with the acceptance and/or
use of the prize are the
sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes
are not redeemable for cash. No prize
substitutions. Sponsor and its
Agents are not responsible for any human errors,
any computer, online, telephone or technical
malfunctions or delays
of any kind that occur in the transmission or
processing of entries, or for inaccurate
transcription of entry information
or for on-line entries that are stolen,
misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed for any
reason. If, for any reason, the
giveaway is not capable of being completed as
planned, including, but not limited to infection
by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, or other causes
beyond the control of Sponsor,
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the giveaway. By accepting
prize, winner represents that he or she has
complied with all rules of this giveaway and
agrees to release Sponsor
and its Agents from any and all liability, loss
or damage of any kind incurred with respect to
participation in the
giveaway or the awarding, receipt, possession,
use and/or misuse of any prize, or participation
in prize-related
activities and acknowledges that said parties
have neither made nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for any
warranty, representation, or guarantee, express
or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize
or portion thereof.
No transfer of prizes permitted.

INTERNET CONTEST REGISTRY
SERVICES LIMITATION. BAFF/WHTV1 contests
are a business promotion
activity of BAFF/WHTV. Internet contest services
which register users for our contests must
clearly identify
WHTV as the owner and sponsor of the contest and
provide a clickable link to
www.whtv1com
on their site or entries from that service may
be voided. All registry services must contact
WHTV
within 15 days of initiating automated
registrations to show proof of compliance with
this limitation. |
